Job Description

Sinapi is looking for a Business Analyst to work onsite in our offices in Rosario for our clients based in CA, USA. The role requires the ability to assess and validate our client’s activities, and to determine if a given solution has fulfilled the agreed requirements. The efficient use of sophisticated methods, metrics and tools are needed to achieve the client’s corporate goals in different areas. As well as defining scope and objectives, and formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies, the Business Analyst must review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. The candidate must adhere to the strategy defined by the main Point of Contact in Analytics, produce insightful reports, and make visible the campaign results to the company.


Position Requirements

    • Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
    • Detail-oriented, inquisitive and analytical skills.
    • Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
    • Ability to work independently and with others.
    • Acute organization and strong time-management skills.
    • Progress monitoring of campaigns by tracking activities; resolving problems; publishing progress reports and recommending actions.
    • Preparation of technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
    • Interpretation, evaluation and interrelation of research data; development of integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
    • Performance reviews and analyses on a daily, weekly or monthly basis of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
    • Understanding and communicating of the financial and operational impact of changes.
    • Suggestion of changes to senior management using analytics to support the recommendations. Active participation in the implementation of approved changes.
    • Creation of informative, actionable and repeatable reporting, that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Marketing Analytics experience with Google Analytics and Adwords.
    • Expert in Google sheets and MS Excel.


Desired Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Digital Marketing experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Search Marketing (SEM), display advertising (CPM/CPC), email marketing, community engagement, affiliate marketing.
Demand Generation experience with lead nurturing, content marketing, omni-channel strategy, attribution analysis, progressive profiling and conversion rate optimization.


Job Information

Onsite in Rosario, Santa Fe with possibility of working remotely as well.
