Job Description

Sinapi is looking for a Globalization Support Specialist to work onsite in our offices in Rosario for our clients based in CA, USA. As part of the support team, you will be responsible for all localization workflow tools involved in the project lifecycle. You will learn to effectively use both proprietary and third-party tools to provide the best service. We are looking for a proactive individual who learns quickly and collaborates, given that we work on a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

 

Position Requirements

    • 1-2 years of prior experience as localization engineer or similar.
    • Advanced English skills, both written and oral.
    • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated multi-tasking skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Resolution-driven and client-oriented.
    • Proactive nature and desire to continue learning periodically.
    • Availability to work on PST time (8 hours range between 11am to 9pm Argentinian time).
    • Availability to work during holidays is a plus.

 

Desired Skills

Basic knowledge of programming is an advantage.
Knowledge of Windows, MS Office (Excel).
Basic knowledge of HTML/XML

Localization Project Manager

 

Job Description

Sinapi is looking for a Localization Project Manager to work onsite in our offices in Rosario for our clients based in CA, USA. The role requires the ability to work autonomously, in a fast-paced environment and to manage under aggressive delivery schedules. The ability to successfully work with technical and non-technical people alike, and a desire to learn new tools, processes and concepts are necessary for this position. Everyday tasks require the management of linguistic, technical and visual quality, coordination with client staff, setting of budgets and management of costs. The candidate must adhere to the project translation/localization strategy as defined by the Globalization Manager, produce high impact results, shorten localization time-to-market, reduce costs and help the client company achieve its global business objectives.

 

Position Requirements

    • 1-2 years of prior project management/coordination experience in localization.
    • Previous experience with US clients is a plus.
    • Advanced English skills, both written and oral.
    • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated multi-tasking skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present the localization life-cycle to clients.
    • Proven abilities in project planning, resource and risk management.
    • Problem-solving capabilities.
    • Quality and detail-oriented.
    • Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment.
    • Able to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
    • Proactive nature and desire to continue learning periodically.

Desired Skills

3 years of experience directly related to project management (preferably in the localization industry) or PMP.
Proficient in translation memory tools (Trados, SDLX).

Solid understanding of database concepts and data manipulation.

Sinapi is looking for a Business Analyst to work onsite in our offices in Rosario for our clients based in CA, USA. The role requires the ability to assess and validate our client’s activities, and to determine if a given solution has fulfilled the agreed requirements. The efficient use of sophisticated methods, metrics and tools are needed to achieve the client’s corporate goals in different areas. As well as defining scope and objectives, and formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies, the Business Analyst must review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. The candidate must adhere to the strategy defined by the main Point of Contact in Analytics, produce insightful reports, and make visible the campaign results to the company.

 

Position Requirements

Desired Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Digital Marketing experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Search Marketing (SEM), display advertising (CPM/CPC), email marketing, community engagement, affiliate marketing.
Demand Generation experience with lead nurturing, content marketing, omni-channel strategy, attribution analysis, progressive profiling and conversion rate optimization.
